Our health & safety team come from a range of backgrounds, including the motor trade and mechanical engineering. With health & safety at the core of the business, all technicians are required to undergo an internal training programme, in addition to qualifying to at least level 3 in health & safety, before being placed on a path taking them from advisors to consultants, picking up experience as well as competency to carry out risk assessments, audits, safety briefings, breathing air quality tests and face fit tests in accordance with current guidelines.
Along with a senior registered health & safety practitioner and an employment law specialist, we employ an accredited trainer and an administration team which includes a certified accountant and an apprentice following a path to human resources competency.
